It had been two years since we had visited our cousins in Montana. The kids always love going to the ranch. This year Justin and Elizabeth were a little older and really noticed how few people and stores there are. Elizabeth enjoyed visiting her cousins, but can't imagine living so far away from civilization! Elizabeth looks like a giant in this picture. These girls are really short!
These girls are cowgirls, but love playing with dolls too.
Even though it had been two years since they had played together, it didn't take anytime at all for these cousins to warm up to each other.
One of the highlights of our stay was riding the horse. Each of the kids took their turn and loved it! Melanie is such an animal lover and loved helping all of the kids on the horse. Bruce got to go out with Brian to work twice and loved it. I jokingly offered to leave him for the summer and he was all over that idea.
This was taken the morning we left. You can see that there are a few sleepy eyes, resulting from a few late nights!
